: From – Monday, 20th
August, 2018; Last Date of submission of Application Forms-:
Friday, 7th September, 2018
Forms with fees to be submitted
between 3 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. at the office of Host Institution on
weekdays only .
Name & address of the Centre will be
separately intimated later.
Examination Fees and cost of
Application Form may be paid in CASH or by BANK Draft / PAY ORDER
which should be payable
to INDO-JAPAN WELFARE AND CULTURAL ASSOCIATION,
(Cost of Test Guide with Application Forms=Rs.100/-;
Examination Fees for N1= Rs. 1,000/-, N2=
Rs. 1,000/-, N3= Rs. 800/-, N4= Rs. 800/-,
N5= Rs. 800/-)
If the Forms to be sent by post extra
postal charges to be paid by the candidate in the following rate:
For one form= Cost of form
Rs. 100/- + Postal Charge Rs. 100/-;
For two forms= Cost of
Forms @ Rs. 100/- each + Postal Charges Rs. 200/-;
For three to ten forms=
Cost of Forms @ of Rs. 100/- each + Postal Charge Rs. 500/-
CANDIDATES are requested to fill up
the Form carefully with black dot pen quite legibly so that
impressions on all pages become easily understandable.
CANDIDATES must write in the
APPLICATION FORM their address properly with Postal Code (PIN CODE).
If the full postal address with Postal Code (PIN CODE) is not
mentioned properly, there is every chance of delay or
non-distribution of the Test Voucher (i.e. Admit Card) and also
the Result, for which the Host Institution (IJWCA) will not be
responsible in any way.
Mrs. Gouri Bakshi, General-Secretary of our Association donated a
huge number of books on Japan, Japanese Art, Literature and
other various subjects. All these books are 50 years collection of
Late Dr. D. N. Bakshi, former General Secretary of our Association.
From the variety of books one can understand the vastness of
knowledge and periphery of studies by Dr. D.N. Bakshi. Many
students, former students, teachers, members of Japanese Language
and Japanology have taken book/s for their own collection.
Some more books are still lying with us. Any interested person on
Japanese Language, History & Culture may take the book/s by the
permission of the authority. Very few books are still left in the
