Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)

From 1998, the IJWCA is the Host
Institution in Eastern India for organizing the JLPT. Forth coming JLPT is on 6 th July, 2025

Issue of Application Form

10th to 13 th March, 2025 and 17th to 22 nd March & 24 th March to 27 th March, 2025
(Depending upon availability) Forms will be available between 2:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. at the registered office of IJWCA
Please note: One person will get one form only. The Application form will be given to the candidates free of cost.
　

Date of submission of Application Forms: 17th March to 27th March 2025 (except Sunday)
Examination fees may be paid in CASH or by BANK Draft / PAY ORDER which should be payable to
INDO – JAPAN WELFARE AND CULTURAL ASSOCIATION.
Examination Fees for: N1 = Rs. 1,300/-, N2 = 1,300/-, N3= 1,300/-, N4 =1,300/-, N5=1,300/-
Forms along with the examination fees will have to be submitted at the Host Institution’s office
Between 2.00 p.m. to 6 p.m
　

According to The Japan Foundation’s rule use of MOBILE PHONES
and Other Devices are restricted until the test is Over. Examinees are not
allowed to contact Others even during breaks.

For getting the Application forms by post:
For one/ two forms Draft will be = Rs.100/- for Postage and misc. expenses, for 2-5 forms= Rs.200/-.
Candidates will be required to provide the following details:
-Name of all the applicants, Contact number

Complete postal address where the forms will be sent. (One single address in case of bulk forms)

Please send a bank draft payable to INDO – JAPAN WELFARE AND CULTURAL ASSOCIATION, JLPT A/C,
Name of the Bank: Bank of India, Br. B.C. Road, Kol- 700019.

We will dispatch the forms after receiving the Draft.
Fill up the form (with 2 recent photographs) and make a Draft for Rs. 1300/
Send the filled-up form and the Draft to IJWCA’s Registered Office
