Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)

    From 1998, the IJWCA is the Host Institution in Eastern India for organizing the JLPT. 
IJWCA is organizing the said test with kind co-operation of Consulate General of Japan in
Kolkata

(The examination of all the levels will be conducted in a single venue in two shifts as per the
decision of Japan Foundation, Tokyo)

REPORTING TIME FOR CANDIDATES AT TEST CENTRE IS

N1 & N5 - 8:00AM
N2, N3, N4 - 1:00PM

Admit card: The dispatch of admit card by post and distribution by hand will commence from
3 rd week of May 2024. Admit cards can be collected from our office during office hours
between 2:30pm to 6:00pm (except Friday and Sunday).

ANNOUNCEMENT

Keeping in mind the students’ demand for JLPT preparatory courses, the new
course structure from August 2024 session, will be as follows:

o NEW - JLPT orientation course for N5, N4 and N3 will be offered.

o Students will be eligible for enrollment as per their proficiency.

o These classes will be held once a week, duration 1.5 hrs., - total of 16 classes.

o Each batch will comprise of 5 to 10 students.

o Fees for each student for 16 classes for N3-Rs.8000/-,N4-Rs.7000/-, N5- Rs.6000/-

o Interested students may contact us from second week of July, 2024.

o The ongoing sessions of Japanese Language courses from Beginners’ to Advanced course
will be over at the end of July 2024

o The new session will begin from August 2024. Senior course and Advance course will
be discontinued in new session.
