COLLECTION PROCESS
Issue of
Token for Application form
For the JLPT Dec.2026, tokens will be issued on-line. A
link
will be provided in the IJWCA official website for filling
up and downloading the token form. This link will be
available between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from 18th
August, 2026 to 22nd August, 2026. The total
number of forms available in each level are: Level N1 – 20;
Level N2 – 100; Level N3 – 180; Level N4 – 300 and level N5
– 600. (Each day 20% of the available tokens for each Level
will be distributed).
The candidate (or his / her representative) will be required to take a
hard copy print out of the Token form and collect the
Application form according to below instructions.

Forms
along with the examination fees will have to be submitted at
the Host Institution office between 12.00 noon and 6 p.m.
between 24th August to 29th August,
2026.
Examination
fees may be paid in CASH or by BANK Draft / PAYORDER which
should be payable to:
INDO – JAPAN WELFARE AND CULTURAL ASSOCIATION,
Examination Fees for: N1 = Rs. 1,500/-, N2 = 1,500/- , N3= 1,500/- ,
N4 =1,500/-, N5=1,500/-
